100%. We use Squarespace because we love how user friendly it is. Within 7 days of the final handover, you’ll be sent a personalised tutorial library/receive your 1-1 coaching call, showing you how to manage and maintain your site all on your own. We’re here to empower you and give you confidence in your business, that includes knowing how to use your new assets with confidence.

If you prefer to be more hands-off and have us look after everything for you, we also offer monthly maintenance services which you’ll be sent at the end of your project too. We can continue to upload blogs, design graphics, add new content to your site - you name it.

We’ll provide you with a clear checklist of what we need to create your dream brand and website. This includes adding inspiration to a joint Pinterest board, completing a strategy questionnaire and providing us with copy, imagery and credentials. Don’t worry, we’ll guide you through every step to make sure nothing is missing.

After you’ve filled out your application, we’ll be in touch with a proposal to get you booked in. Once payment has been made, you’ll be sent the prep work checklist and strategy questionnaire to work through, as well as a link to book in the day you’d like to start!

When your project date rolls around, we kick things off at 10am with a strategy call, then it’s time for us to start working our magic ✨

Project fees do not include VAT. A 20% flat fee will be added to the final invoice. Projects can be paid in full or in 2 instalments.

Both services require a Squarespace Business Plan (as SQSP circle members, we offer new users 20% off your first year’s plan). We’ll get your account set up during our project to be able to offer you the discount.

If you are opting for the Elevate experience, you will also need a Flodesk account for your email marketing. We offer our clients 50% off their plan.

Yes! The deliverables outlined in our experiences are the most common assets requested by our clients. If there’s something you wish to swap out, just let us know and we’ll make it happen - as long as it fits within the same project timeline! Alternatively, you can enquire about a bespoke project here.

Our experiences are highly collaborative and we’ll be working very closely together throughout the project. Our reduced timelines (compared to the traditional 4-8 weeks) are heavily dependent on your co-operation and timely feedback. We have a structure we follow with each project and communicate daily via a private Slack channel. You can download the app to your phone and be in touch with us while you’re on the go - but it is important you prioritise the project. We only work with one Express client at a time, so you will always have our undivided attention.
